High-speed die casting machines (cold chamber) from TOSHIBA and TOYO.
Currently there are 7 die cast machine in our plant (125, 135, 250 and 350Tons)

• Equipped with soak type melting and holding furnace and spraying / pick and place robot
• Cover / pipes upon the casting machine to collect waste air, improve the working environment for employees.
• Replace the manual works by punching machine, reduce the failure and damage.

There are two processes for different kind of product appearance

• Vibrating polish
• Shot blasting
• We have 2 types of shot blasting machine for different requirement
• Turning (rolling) type
• Vertical type – for parts which is sensitive to appearance and small damages

• 3 axis high-speed CNC machining center
• CNC lathe machine
• Specialized machining station for pressure valve
• Multi-axle work station
• Auto feeding system
• Robot arm
• Cutting coolant system to improve the machining stability and quality
• Benefits of oil/mist collectors encompass protecting employees’ health from exposure to the oil mist through inhalation

The system includes:

• Degreasing (heating)
• Washing (integrated with pure water system
• Chromate conversion coating
• Tunnel / conveyor oven
